Other event

This interactive workshop explores how higher education institutions can strengthen their capacity to respond to rapidly changing societal, economic, and workforce needs. Drawing on insights, practices, and results from the Erasmus+ PLASE and CiE projects, participants will examine how universities can become more agile, collaborative, and connected to their regional and international ecosystems.
The session focuses on three interconnected themes: bridging education and industry, empowering change agents, and building future-ready higher education ecosystems. Through real-world examples and project experiences, participants will gain practical insights into co-designing educational programmes with employers, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration across institutional structures, and developing innovative approaches to professional development and organizational transformation. Rather than a traditional conference format, the workshop is designed as a highly participatory learning experience.
