Conference for Change – My Story in the Community

For the sixth year in a row, this conference creates a space where adults with disabilities share their own experiences, discoveries, achievements, and stories with others.
This year’s theme, “My Story in the Community,” invites participants to share stories about their place in the communities they live in – their roles, responsibilities, opportunities, rights, and the ways they contribute to community life.
Everyone has a place in the community. Every story deserves to be heard.
