CLEAR CAREER – Skills for Tomorrow in Performing Arts

CLEAR CAREER is an Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership between Norway, Sweden and Iceland, exploring career learning and career competence in vocational education and training (VET) in the performing arts.

Throughout Erasmus Days 2026, we will share a digital presentation featuring images, experiences and voices from young dancers, students, educators and mentors across the three countries. Together, we explore how young performing artists can be better supported in navigating choices, opportunities, change and sustainable professional futures.
