Make It Happen: Your Erasmus+ Youth Exchange

Building on the success of our 2025 event, Square of Youth Association once again invites proactive young people to an interactive workshop focused on turning Erasmus+ Youth Exchange ideas into reality.

As an association run entirely by young people who started as participants and grew into organizers, we bring first-hand experience to the table. Having organized five Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, we designed this workshop to share what actually works, what to avoid, and how to navigate the process from start to finish.

The event will begin with a brief overview of the Erasmus+ framework and the application process, followed by an open Q&A covering project design, practical logistics, and funding basics. Afterward, participants will work in small groups to outline their own project ideas, define their goals, and map out concrete next steps — all through non-formal education methods, just like in a real project.
