SUITCASE Mobile Youth Centres – The Suitcase as an Innovative Medium for Gamified Youth

SUITCASE develops, tests and validates a standardised and transferable model of mobile youth work for rural, peripheral and less accessible communities. The core product is a physical and modular suitcase containing collaborative, culturally adaptable and low-threshold activities that can be delivered by trained youth workers and volunteers in the places where young people already spend time.
Project will be carried out from September 2026 to March 2028.
Kick-Off: Žalec, Slovenia; 12–14 October 2026
