As part of ErasmusDays 2026, Ortaköy 80. Yıl Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, with the support of Mamak District Directorate of National Education, will organize an interactive event celebrating European cooperation, innovation and sustainability in Vocational Education and Training (VET).
The event will showcase the Erasmus+ project SEiSC – Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Smart Clothing, highlighting how artificial intelligence, virtual simulations, digital learning and sustainable entrepreneurship are transforming vocational education and preparing learners for the green and digital economy. Participants will discover innovative project outputs, including AI-supported learning approaches, virtual simulation scenarios, digital teaching resources and practical methodologies that strengthen entrepreneurial thinking and employability in the smart clothing and sustainable manufacturing sectors.
Students, teachers, VET trainers, local businesses, textile and fashion professionals, public authorities, NGOs and community representatives will participate in interactive demonstrations, exhibitions of student work, workshops, networking sessions and discussions on sustainable production, circular economy principles, digital innovation and future skills. The programme will also promote Erasmus+ opportunities for learners, educators and institutions while encouraging new European partnerships.
The event aims to strengthen collaboration between education and industry, inspire young people to become innovative and sustainable entrepreneurs, and demonstrate how European cooperation contributes to high-quality vocational education, green transition and lifelong learning. Through the dissemination of SEiSC project results and the exchange of good practices, participants will gain practical insights into emerging technologies and sustainable business models that respond to the evolving needs of the labour market.
Open to students, teachers, companies, policy makers and the wider community, the event will celebrate ErasmusDays by promoting European values, international cooperation and innovative education for a smarter, greener and more sustainable future.
