Emotional abuse – recognizing, understanding, and becoming aware

The webinar topic: “Emotional abuse – recognizing, understanding, and becoming aware”. This relationship phenomenon is very widespread and diverse. Every year, hundreds of people in Latvia suffer from it, yet society still lacks understanding of what lies behind the popular (anti)hero – emotional abuse. The aim of the lecture is to highlight this problem and provide practical knowledge that can be useful both for oneself and in helping others.
