The program aimed to encourage the creation of student-centered, inclusive, and supportive learning environments, develop students’ individual learning skills, and support their socio-emotional development. Throughout the program, teachers were introduced to comprehensive content on collaborative learning methods, individualized education practices, working with cultural diversity, problem-solving techniques, and creative thinking skills.
