The Food Waste – Hidden Stories

As part of the Erasmus Days, students and teachers from the schools involved in the project open the doors to a unique exhibition: Food Waste. The event transforms the topic of food waste into an interactive and educational experience.
Each Erasmus team presents an “exhibit” that tells the story of a commonly wasted food product – from stale bread to imperfect fruit – and shows how everyone can find creative and sustainable ways to save it. Visitors to the physical and virtual exhibition can discover not only the stories, but also the “Art from Waste Gallery.” They can also contribute to the “European Solutions Wall.”
The event promotes intercultural cooperation, critical thinking, and environmental responsibility, showing that European education can begin right on our plates.
