We are organising two events with two vocational cookery and service classes. We are in contact with an Italian secondary school with which we have started a project via eTwinning on the theme of FRRR. We are taking advantage of Erasmus Days to create an Italian/French fusion menu that will be served at the training restaurant, reducing, reusing and recycling food.
