This year, VMI is once again taking part in the ErasmusDays 2025. Under the motto “Live your values, inspire your future”, we are hosting a series of events dedicated to the Erasmus+ programme. A highlight of the week is our Info Session: Discover Erasmus+, where interested students will receive a comprehensive overview, including: How the Erasmus+ programme works, Which partner universities are available, Funding opportunities, Application procedures. In addition, Erasmus alumni will share their experiences abroad, and incoming students will introduce their home universities.

Info Session: Discover Erasmus+

Students will receive an overview of the Erasmus+ programme, the application process, partner universities, and funding opportunities.

Alumni & Incoming Stories: Former Erasmus participants share their experiences abroad, while incoming students present their home institutions.

“Erasmus in Pictures and Stories” (the whole week)
Throughout the ErasmusDays, the foyer will showcase multimedia insights into Erasmus+ projects.

Guest Lecture & Discussion: “On the Move: Sustainable Travel, Innovation & Music”
Elias Bohun, founder of the climate-friendly rail travel agency Traiveling, will visit VMI to explore how innovation, sustainable travel, and entrepreneurship go hand in hand. The talk will pay special attention to travel in the context of Erasmus mobility—for example, eco-friendly travel to partner universities and sustainable touring for musicians. An open discussion will follow.

Social Media Campaign: #LiveYourValues #InspireYourFuture (the whole week)
VMI students and alumni will share short videos, photos, or statements about their Erasmus experiences. The focus is on how Erasmus mobility has helped them experience and strengthen European values such as tolerance, diversity, solidarity, democracy, and intercultural understanding.
