The workshop will take place on 12th and 13th October 2023.
The students will visit the local market, where they will interview sellers and get to know what they do with the food that they fail to sell. The students will inform sellers and buyers about our Zero Waste Catering Lab project, record video materials, and purchase food items that would otherwise go to waste. The next day, the students will make Smoothies with these ingredients at school for friends a have a workshop on sustainable food preparation.
