On the world mental health day (10th of Ocotber) we are planning to organize an event at our school to promote mental helath among our students. Students will be able to join quizes, smell essential oils for relaxation, listen to music chosen by them to cheer you up, they will be able to join workshops where relaxation techniques will be practised
