As a result of the 4-day job-shadowing at the Agrupamento de Escolas Santos Simões school in Guimarães, Portugal, the 'good practice' that impressed us the most was the Hybrid Classroom. This workshop is a practice where several lessons are melted into one class. Students take multiple courses such as English, Turkish, Science, Information Technologies, Technology&Design and Geography simultaneously within the context of a subject.
