The “Endurance Trial” is not just a competitive process, but a comprehensive educational experience that combines the principles of sports science, military training, and performance psychology.
Each test is designed to activate different energy systems (aerobic, anaerobic lactic & alactic), cultivate key elements of physical fitness (endurance, strength, speed, agility, self-awareness) and highlight the ability to adapt under pressure. At the same time, the simultaneous existence of physical exertion and cognitive demands simulates real operational conditions, where decision-making in a high-stress environment is crucial.
Cooperation at all stages highlights the importance of teamwork, communication, and leadership. Participants are called upon to function as a unified whole, to assign roles, and to achieve a collective result through demanding and timed procedures.
Participation in this event offers:
- Development of physical and mental resilience.
- Strengthening of military skills related to survival, rescue, and cooperation.
- Objective performance evaluation based on scientific criteria.
- A valuable experience for the training and military education of cadets.
The Endurance Competition is a scientifically documented and operationally useful process that enhances the training of future Air Force officers.
