ERASMUS+ KA131 STUDENT MOBILITY ORIENTATION MEETING

The Erasmus KA131 Student Orientation Meeting aims to inform and prepare students who will participate in Erasmus+ mobility activities under the KA131 project. During the session, students receive detailed information about the mobility process, required documents (such as the Learning Agreement, Grant Agreement, and OLS language support), academic recognition procedures, and financial issues including grant payments and green travel support.

In addition, the meeting covers topics such as cultural adaptation, intercultural communication, and quality assurance within the Erasmus+ framework.
This year’s session will also include a special segment dedicated to sharing experiences, where former Erasmus participants will talk about their mobility journeys, challenges, and best practices to inspire new participants.
