ART THEATRE MUSIC FOR MENTAL HEALTH

The SEHA Association will celebrate Erasmus Days with an event inspired by the project “Art, Theatre and Music for Mental Health.”
Through creative workshops, mini theatre performances, and music sessions, participants will explore how art can support mental well-being and social inclusion. The event will also include a small exhibition presenting artworks and stories created by young people during the project.
By combining creativity and awareness, this celebration aims to promote mental health, intercultural dialogue, and the positive impact of Erasmus+ opportunities among local youth in Batman.
