50th Shades of Green

The 50th Shades of Green Erasmus+ Partnership Building Activity, implemented in 2023, brought together youth workers and educators from several European countries to explore how ecological awareness can be transformed into civic and political engagement. During Erasmus Days 2025, the project team at Sivas Cumhuriyet University will organize a follow-up visibility meeting to present the project’s outcomes, experiences, and future cooperation plans.
This event will highlight how international collaboration can empower young people to act as active citizens in protecting nature and promoting sustainability. Participants will discuss the project’s good practices, share personal reflections, and explore ways to integrate environmental and civic education into youth work. The meeting will also serve as a platform to strengthen networks for future Erasmus+ projects focused on ecology and democratic participation.
By sharing the project’s story, outputs, and lessons learned, this Erasmus Days activity aims to inspire new partnerships and promote a greener, more responsible civic culture among young people.
