As part of the 2023 Accreditation of the Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of National Education, teachers who participated in job shadowing mobility will give a presentation titled “From Observation to Practice: My Learning Outcomes from Job Shadowing.” During the session, our teachers will share and discuss their activities, experiences, observations, and reflections** from the job shadowing mobility, as well as how these experiences have been **implemented in their own classroom practices.
