Erasmus+ Officers, Erasmus+ Incoming Students and ESN students will meet in Nymfaio, a traditional settlement of Mount Vernon (Vitsi ) at an altitude of 1.350 m., surrounded by a breathtaking beech forest. Near Nymfaio there are two remarkable wetlands that belong to the Natura 2000 network, the Zarari and Cheimaditida Lakes. Moreover, ARCTUROS Environmental Sanctuary is located in the forest at 1,5 km from Nymfaio. Ex-captive bears live in a 5 acres fenced area imitating a natural habitat.
