The Polites Association

The workshops on soft skills for young people focus on developing key interpersonal abilities through engaging activities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, experience, and practice various games, processes, and simulations that are designed to enhance their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. These workshops are part of the dissemination of the “Rock Solid Soft Skills” project, organized by the Polites Association, aiming to share valuable tools and methods from the project with a wider audience. Through hands-on learning, young people will gain practical skills that they can apply in personal and professional settings.
