İzmir Çiğli Halk Eğitimi Merkezi

Within the scope of our workshop, several dishes commonly consumed in various Erasmus countries have been selected. These dishes will be prepared together with our learners and then presented through a matching activity with the corresponding national flags.
The selected countries and dishes are as follows:
• France: Soufflé
• Greece: Fried Zucchini
• Italy: Pizza
• Germany: Currywurst
• Turkey: Çiğköfte
At the end of the event, the aim is to introduce these countries through their traditional foods, promote the understanding of their cultures, and thereby foster cultural interaction.
