On the 8th of October as part of the #ErasmusDays – join us for an engaging online workshop focused on enhancing the recruitment and integration of higher education graduates into the prison service. This interactive session, running from 13:00 to 15:00 CEST, will bring together participants from various countries to explore current practices, share insights, and identify future opportunities for growth. Through presentations, group discussions, and breakout sessions, attendees will collaborate on improving recruitment strategies, competency assessments, and mentoring programs, with a special focus on successful models. The workshop will conclude with a discussion on next steps and an opportunity for feedback.
