Piramid: Our path for intercultural awareness

The event is focused on the presentation and testimonies of the KA2 project called P.IR.A.M.iD. (Path for Intercultural Awareness, Measurement and Development) which our institution Tribeka is coordinating. Group of students from Poland and Italy will be invited to attend the event in person at Tribeka’s office, while a live streaming on Tribeka’s Facebook and Instagram page will be delivered. The presentation will introduce the Piramid project to the public including testimonies of Tribeka’s colleagues about the physical mobilities for students and teachers organized in Málaga. Piramid aims to structure the intercultural competencies of VET students and teachers in the tourism sector, together with tourism companies, through training activities and transnational mobilities. The aim is to raise awareness and provide useful and applicable tools and methods for defining and assessing these competences. The project’s objectives are to strengthen the internationalisation process of schools and companies, raise awareness of the importance of intercultural competences and share methods/tools for better management of multicultural environments.
