Through education, individuals can become more aware of environmental issues, such as pollution and climate change, and make informed decisions to protect the oceans. Furthermore, understanding ocean sciences can spark technological innovations and sustainable solutions to preserve this vital resource. Ocean literacy is not only important for scientists but for society as a whole, as oceans play a fundamental role in maintaining the planet’s balance. The students attending the Erasmus mobilities under Erasmus + project with Piri Reis Highschool Istanbul, Turkey will share their experience for the new comers in the project.
