IIS Majorana-Maitani Orvieto

We are a high school in Orvieto, Umbria, central Italy.

Our #Erasmusdays event will involve meeting all the 1st-year students (we have over 250) and informing them about the Erasmus+ programme Through cooperative learning activities, chats with other students who have already been on the programme, games and online activities. The aim is that of attracting our youngest students who will be eligible to apply for KA121 mobilities in the next school year. During the event, the school staff will launch a photography contest whereby students will be asked to photograph something that mirrors ‘their sense of belonging to the European Union’. The event will be disseminated via the school’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
