From Exchange to Impact: Fencing Finds a Home at Beirut Arab University

A student from Beirut Arab University (BAU) participated in an ERASMUS+ exchange at the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain, where she discovered the sport of fencing. Upon returning to Lebanon, she introduced fencing to her peers, and it is now offered as a new activity at BAU Student Life. This initiative highlights how ERASMUS+ empowers students to gain international experiences, embrace new passions, and bring back ideas that enrich their home institutions and communities.
