This final Erasmus+ event showcases the outcomes and impact of the Health and Well-being at Schools Erasmus+ project, highlighting students’ and teachers’ achievements throughout the collaboration. Students will also give personal testimonials, share best practices, and receive Europass Mobility Certificates, recognizing their participation and the skills gained through international cooperation.
