European Week at Our School: Celebrating Unity and Diversity
From October 13th to 18th, our IES and School of Hospitality and Tourism will host a vibrant European Week. A central exhibition on the European Union will welcome visitors at the school entrance. The Erasmus Corner will feature the “Wall of European Languages” by the English and French departments. French classes will present “Premiers Jours Erasmus,” with students performing travel-themed scenes. An exciting Erasmus Escape Room will challenge participants, while the Culinary, Pastry, and Restaurant Services departments will offer a delicious sale of European pastries. We will celebrate our Etwinning European Quality Label with students from Bordeaux. A Kahoot quiz on the EU will take place during breaks, and mobility opportunities for staff and vocational students will be presented. The English department will also display a mural of European flags and another on European inventors and inventions.
