ErasmusDays 2025: A Green and Solidarity-Fuelled Week

From 13th to 18th October 2025, ITET “Leonardo da Vinci” in Milazzo will celebrate the Erasmus Days with a packed programme dedicated to environmental and social sustainability, translated into concrete action.

The cornerstone of the week will be an innovative plogging challenge, a sporty and eco-friendly competition that will see students and staff join forces to clean up areas of the city, combining physical wellbeing with care for the local environment. A more theoretical, yet equally important moment for reflection will be a special assembly to delve deeper into the values of the ecological transition and inclusion.

Local culture and heritage will take centre stage with a guided tour of MUMA, the Sea Museum of Milazzo, located within the majestic Castle, to discover the profound connection between our community and the Mediterranean.

All the experiences will be brought to life through the creation of brochures and videos produced by the students, who will document the activities and spread the message of sustainability.

The week will culminate in a final awards ceremony to recognise the commitment and creativity of the students who have excelled, demonstrating that youthful enthusiasm is the true driving force for building a greener and more supportive future.
