Education in the Present: Critical Integration of AI, Wellness and Coaching Practices: Dissemination of project’s results

The Directorate of Secondary Education of Larissa, through its Education Counselors, presents the results of the Erasmus+ project KA122-SCH “Education in the Present: Critical Integration of Artificial Intelligence, Wellness and Coaching Practices.”
This event aims to disseminate the project’s outcomes and share the European learning experience gained by the Education Counselors through their mobility activities, while informing the educational community about modern teaching approaches that combine digital innovation, emotional well-being, and professional guidance.
During the event, the following activities will be presented:
1) The training course on “Artificial Intelligence Tools in Education” held in Berlin (Germany), focusing on the pedagogical use of AI applications such as ChatGPT and other digital tools for content creation, differentiated instruction, and the development of critical digital literacy.
2) The job-shadowing activity in Paris (France) entitled “Mentoring and Coaching in Education”, which explored strategies for supporting teachers’ professional growth, enhancing reflective practices, and cultivating emotionally healthy and collaborative school environments.
A discussion and reflection session will follow, focusing on:
– the integration of Artificial Intelligence in teaching and learning,
– the development of mentoring and coaching skills, and
– their role in strengthening the psychological resilience and well-being of teachers and students.
The event will conclude with an open dialogue on how to transfer innovative European practices to local schools, integrate them into teacher professional development initiatives, and foster ongoing European collaboration through new Erasmus+ projects.

Education Counselors, School Headteachers, Teachers of all disciplines, Students, and members of the local educational community.
