The upcoming National Conference on Career Counseling and Guidance will bring together special educators and support professionals from primary schools across the country. This event represents a significant step forward in strengthening inclusive educational practices and expanding opportunities for children with disabilities.

During the conference, experts in the field will present the newly developed Career Counseling Framework for Children with Disabilities, a specialized model designed to provide structured guidance, tailored interventions, and evidence-based strategies for supporting career development from an early age. This framework has been created by a team of national experts and is officially supported by the Euroguidance Center, ensuring alignment with European standards and best practices in career counseling and lifelong guidance.

The conference aims to:

Equip special educators with practical tools and methodologies for career counseling adapted to the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

Promote collaboration between schools, families, and career guidance professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Strengthen the role of inclusive career guidance in national education policies and practices.

By fostering dialogue, sharing knowledge, and presenting innovative resources, this conference seeks to empower educators to guide every child toward meaningful personal and professional pathways, emphasizing that career development is a right and a possibility for all.
