Curso de Música Silva Monteiro (CMSM)
During the Erasmus Days 2025, the Curso de Música Silva Monteiro will present a short video promoting the Erasmus+ project FASE – Food Waste and STEAM Education.
The 3–4 minute video, entitled “The Life of 4 Bananas”, is a creative teaser of an original opera developed by CMSM students. Through music, science, and artistic expression, the students explore the theme of food waste and sustainability.
The video includes:
Introduction: presentation of the school and the Erasmus+ project;
Context: behind-the-scenes moments of composition and rehearsals;
Performance: excerpts from the final scene of the opera, with live student performances and symbolic visuals;
Closing: message of creativity and sustainability under the Erasmus+ spirit.
By combining art and science, the CMSM students aim to raise awareness about food waste and promote a more sustainable future.
