Erasmus+ “Time Capsule”: Participants create a “time capsule” of their Erasmus+ experience by writing a letter or recording a video about what they learned and how it changed them. These letters or videos can be saved and revisited in future Erasmus Days events to see how their experience has shaped their personal and professional growth over time. We are planning to do this in order to provide a reflective activity that emphasizes the long-term impact of Erasmus+ projects on individuals’ lives.
